Black Mold Exposure – Symptoms of Poisoning

Exposure to black mold and the symptoms of mold poisoning can be hard to detect initially as the the mold is usually airborne and unless you are looking for it can usually be hard to see.  The actual symptoms of poisoning can be mistaken for other illnesses if you are unaware that you have been around mold spores.

The main symptoms to look out for is:

  • Headaches
  • Cough
  • Red itchy eyes
  • Rashes or hives
  • Nausea
  • Dizziness
  • Lack of concentration

How to Lower Blood Pressure

High blood pressure is a very serious condition that is critical to address and lower as soon as possible. Elevated blood pressure levels (also called hypertension) can cause damage to your cardiovascular system by choking the ability of your arteries to carry blood from your heart to the rest of your body. It is just like putting a slight crimp in a hose that builds up pressure. The bad news is that the damage is progressive.
