How does a Hypnosis CD to Stop Smoking Work?

Giving up smoking is really difficult and if you are trying to quit then like me, you might have tried and failed with many different programs.  I’ve tried patches, nicotine gum, and sheer will power.  But none of them worked.  The latest approach I am going to take is hypnotherapy using stop smoking CDs.  I’ve done a bit of research and thought I would share it with you as it is quite a controversial subject.
