12.7.08How do you choose the maintenance diet?

The maintenance program will be similar to the weight loss diet you followed. You will gradually introduce small amounts of those foods that are forbidden in the diet. The way you switch to the maintenance program is very important. It does not matter what kind of diet you followed. Whether it was a fast weight loss diet or a diet that helped you lose weight over a longer period of time you will need a maintenance diet to help your body get used to the new regimen.
